New Update Full Video Haris Namani Breaks His Silence On Viral Street Fight
Haris Namani reveals he is ‘hurt’ following a viral video of him getting involved in a street fight, saying it was “love at first sight”.
Following his elimination from Wednesday’s episode of Love Island, Haris Namani has spoken out about posting a video of himself getting involved in a street brawl. The South African house saw two more contestants leave the show on January 25 after Harris and fellow island member Anna-May Robey were sent home.
Haris, 21, revealed she was “disappointed” to learn that footage of the fight had been shared several times online as she appeared on the ITV2 dating show. The footage of Harris in question was obtained by tabloids and saw the Love Island star shouting and throwing punches at an unnamed man, who fell to the ground from the punch.
“I’m not a bully, I’m not a bully,” the video can be heard playing during the altercation. In Namani’s exit interview, he said about the controversial video: “I’m sorry to have seen this video, it’s not a reflection of my character.
“I’m not one to fight and I don’t want to be in that situation,” Haris said. “It was love at first sight. The video doesn’t show everything that happened,” Namani explained. He went on to say that the dispute was resolved shortly after the dispute, saying: “Afterwards we met and we cleared the air; we shook hands and we dating now”, the 21-year-old revealed in a press release.
Harris concluded by saying “this is not something that will happen again.”
