Leaked Olympic training videos: Horse Sport Ireland director faces inquiry over claims of animal welfare breaches

Sally Corscadden, the high performance director of eventing for Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) and the chef d’equipe of the Irish Olympic eventing team, is to face an inquiry presided over by a former chief justice into allegations she breached welfare rules by “rapping” horses.
